I have a $100 bill. I've had this $100 bill since December. I am supposed to spend this money on something nice, but I'm stuck. Why? Because I set some rules for it right after I got it. These rules are:

- It can't be spent on bills or other expenses
- It can't be spent on food
- It must buy something that will last a long time
- It must buy something enjoyable
- It cannot buy computer hardware or video games
- Whatever is purchased with it must be something out of the ordinary, but something I will enjoy for a long time
- Other money may supplement it, only if the total expense is under $300
