Tonight after I went to the gym, I went to dinner just as normal. Ben joined me in this excursion to Arby's, then he needed to go to Wal-Mart (we carpooled since Andrew wanted to go to bed early). After we got done in Wal-Mart, I was walking to my car and lost track of where I actually was. Then, after I dropped Ben off at his place, I headed back to my place and nearly fell asleep while driving.

So far, diet and sleep pattern adjustment haven't helped me any, so I'm thinking a return trip to the doctor's office is in order.

As of right now, it's 11:50PM, and is the earliest I have gone to bed since I had the flu a couple of months ago. I'm just so tired!
