Is it just me, or does it seem like Facebook is trying to keep up with MySpace? There have been so many changes that have impaired useability, and they've added all these stupid and pointless features without giving the users the option to enable or disable them.

I think they're trying to keep up with each other. MySpace has the stalker feature now.

I'm extremely apprehensive of the new "stalker" instant message feature on Facebook. I'm inclined to deactivate my account but even in doing so, my information will still be stored on their servers...

The instant message thing didn't really annoy me as much as all the rest of the crap is. I mean, the applications are all far worse than the "stalker" feature, as you put it.

You can easily disable the IM thing on your account, so I don't really think you should be concerned about it.

In unrelated news, B-Town: Who are you? :P
